How RelayCaster enables video distribution on IP

Compare the way RelayCaster enables 100% error free video IP contribution on unmanaged networks such as the Internet alongside original streaming as sent and received by UDP. The packet loss rate of the network simulator is then increased step-by-step, with RelayCaster again managing error free images with no visible delay.

How RelayCaster handles adaptive live encoding of SDI signals and IP contribution

This video demonstrates the benefits of the RelayCaster encoder for adaptive live encoding of SDI signals and IP contribution in unmanaged networks, such as the Internet. Even when applying progressively less bandwidth, the adaptive encoding of RelayCaster reduces the encoding bitrate and the stream can received without errors.

New RelayCaster Release

A new major release of RelayCaster is available offering following new features.

  • Greatly improved Adaptive Bitrate Encoding for RelayCaster Encoder (SDI/HDMI) : Even severe fluctuations in available bandwidth can now be handled seamlessly.
  • Extended settings of RelayCaster Encoder parameters: GOP size, ..
  • Dejitter filter can now enabled / disabled for each stream individually
